− The bath tub is slippery, I fell once and hurt my knee. Hotel needs to consider providing anti slip mat. Bath mat should be provided in the toilet room as well, not only in bathroom.

− USB’s beside the bed didnt work leaving us with one socket, a minor inconvenience but not whats expected in a four star hotel, otherwise all good

− The air conditioning system was not working. They have aircon units and air conditioning controls in every room with a QR code in the room to scan for the hotel services that includes instructions on how to operate the aircon panel controls for your hotel room. But the hotel staff they deny that the air con system is available to guests and is not their problem they don’t have any air con working so we shouldn’t expect there to be any!! The first room we aware shown to was hot, with dirty carpets and stank of bleach. We are moved to a cleaner room, with sink drains that made the bathroom smell and With a fan that was extremely noisy. Had we been able to get a refund and find alternative accommodation for 2 nights we would have checked out. But we were stuck there. We used to pool with broken lockers and the pool area was dirty with the towel bin overflowing. We then ate in the restaurant and had a bill for £91 - one starter, 2 chicken Caesar salads, 3 soft drinks and - one dessert! Staff were generally friendly but after some discussion advised their management team told them to lie- they all knew the hotel had air conditioning but were told to say it did not as it wasn’t advertised . If they had been open and honest with us we wouldn’t been happy but would have had a chance to find alternative accommodation. We will never use Accor hotels again.

9.0Great location, only 10min walk from the town centre.
− Room was showing its age, little scruffy and the air con was useless...saying that though...me and the kids still enjoyed ourselves.
