Very relaxed and friendly.

A cheap and cheerful accommodation suitable for a 1 night stay , pleasant staff, good breakfast , clean rooms.

− Had a problem with room keys and getting into the rooms on a few occasions. More tea/ coffee and biscuits would have been appreciated

− I don't understand why some IHG allow a 2pm checking as standard and this one was 3pm. Meaning you need to pay for the earlier check in.
