If it wasn't because we had no money to stay somewhere else, I would have left.

− I chose this hotel because Booking.com advertised a pool and free breakfast, but upon arrival, we learned that neither was available. The room was also unacceptable. I had to clean urine from the toilet seat, and the bathtub contained a large amount of hair. As if someone trimmed a couple inches off of their hair. We were provided only one towel and two washcloths, and there was just one small trash can for the entire room. The comforter even had dried mucus smeared on it. To make matters worse, housekeeping removed our used towels one morning but never replaced them with clean ones, and the bathroom was never cleaned during our stay. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be staying at Econo Lodge again.
