8.0Rent og hyggelig, god frokost og gode senger. Vi var på gjennomreise, så vi fikk ikke benyttet oss av bassenget, da vi kom sent på kvelden. Anbefales 😊
− Måker er jo alltid et minus på denne tiden, angrep ovenfra pga måsunger her og det. Men det er vi godt kjent med🤩

3.0− Hår og nullrrmænd på toilettet Meget larm fra p-pladsen ud for værelset. Manglede information om restaurantens ydelser. Fik først besked om buffet, da jeg var der. Prisen taget i betragtning var det ikke pengene værd
Very bad management, horrible customer service in an old hotel
4.0We only wanted to use the pool since Sandane bad was closed. Brought kids after having called to ask for a price discount since we were 6 and the weekly price is high. The lady on the phone accepted, which seemed realistic considering the pool is very small! Tiles falling off… when we arrived, the manager was there. Rude, condescending, fighting for a price when I explained and said we were leaving, not a big deal. Then he says he will accept the discounted price, so I go ahead to pay. And the berating continues. Lots of mentioning how “everybody uses the same story to get a discount”, how “I have no email proof”… very unnecessary, in front of kids. Low quality service, very harsh, unprofessional, denoting low standard quality. After our previous bad experience, we promised not to come back. But rainy summer weather, kids visiting, and Sandane being closed, we ended up in this place again. The manager or person in charge needs a customer service course ASAP. He is very bad.
