− The room furniture needs refreshing. Paid parking (we weren't informed in advance). Air conditioning was mediocre but adequate. Room location— likely because the booking was made via Booking.com. Breakfast was reasonable, though, It wasn't until the third day that we realized fried eggs could be ordered—no one had offered them to us throughout our stay.

− L’espace santé, SPA qui n’est pas réservé aux adultes, nous avons dû partir à cause du bruit infernal fait par les enfants !!!

− La habitación es lujosa pero para un hotel de 5 estrellas necesita y requiere mantenimiento/actualización excepto el baño que es perfecto.
