8.0Location was good, close to the train station. Breakfast choices plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.
− No hot water for our first three nights. Tv never did work, signal too weak. Room definitely did not resemble the online photos.

9.0Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, struttura comoda al centro e alla stazione, con reception aperta 24/24 e deposito bagagli. Si riposa benissimo e il personale è davvero gentile!

9.0L'albergo ci ha fatto un upgrade della camera, cosa assolutamente ben gradita. La stanza era molto grande e pulita, letto comodo con molti cuscini. La posizione dell'albergo è anche assolutamente strategica e comodossima.
− Per la stanza bisognava fare qualche scala perché all'ultimo piano, ma assolutamente non invalidante. Essendo all'ultimo piano, con le classiche verande torinesi, se una persona alta dorme su un lato del letto potrebbe dare una testata. Tuttavia ritengo che queste siano inezie e non hanno minimamente invalidato l'ottima permanenza.
