8.0La qualité des séjours que j'ai pu faire auparavant chez Best western sont appréciables,pour cette fois-ci ce qui a été décevant lors de ce séjour a été un souci avec une demande de réservation du jacuzzi qui a été facturé le 1er jour mais le lendemain matin une autre personne m'a dit pas possible d'y aller car besoin d'une maintenance dessus, chose qui a été l'après-midi démenti par la même personne du personnel qui avait validé la réservation la veille. Après cette incompréhension je suis en attente du remboursement qui devrait être fait normalement semaine prochaine. Souci aussi avec fer à repasser dont je n'ai pas pu bénéficier après avoir insisté à plusieurs reprises la journée pour en avoir un mais pas de disponible car déjà dans d'autres chambres. En dehors de ça le petit-déjeuner très bien comme d'habitude ainsi que le lit confortable.

10.0L’hôtel est situé en périphérie de la ville, assez loin du centre, il faut mieux utiliser la voiture pour s’y rendre. La chambre sentait la fumée de cigarette, dommage. Par ailleurs la chambre, confortable ne permettait pas de se croiser devant les lits. Pas certain que le statut des 4 étoiles soit au rendez-vous.
