6.0The check in desk is the bar which is strange so I had to wait behind people ordering drinks to check in which was very odd. As this took around 10 minutes I missed the cut off to order any food by about 10 minutes even thought it was the same staff who checked me in who said it was too late to order food. The room was very small I struggled to open the door enough to get in the room with my luggage. Room didn't have air conditioning and was very hot but at least the window opened wide which helped. The room was clean but the carpet was very stained and I don't know how they could clean it as its such a tight squeeze around the bed. IBIS rooms are usually very standard and dependable this was worst that most budget IBIS hotels. The reception staff in the morning were very friendly and helpful though so at least I left on a positive note.

4.0Tiny room. Very uncomfortable bed. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Dusty and generally run down and tired. Bad soundproofing.
