8.0Breakfast was great. The room was very small, and too hot. The staff was excellent. Everyone was very kind, and patient with 2 Americans who were tired from our long journey, and didn't speak French. They advised us about the local public transportation system. Maxime stood out above the rest. He made every effort to make sure we were comfortable. He came to our room to check the air conditioning, then brought us a fan. He answered all of our questions. Despite being busy with other customers, he took time to take care of us and make us feel important.

8.0J’ai passé un excellent moment à l’hôtel Ibis. Le cadre est propre et parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée . L’ambiance est calme, et les espaces communs sont chaleureux et bien entretenus. Un grand bravo au personnel : toujours souriant, disponible et professionnel. Leur gentillesse et leur efficacité ont vraiment fait la différence. On se sent bien accueilli dès l’arrivée, et tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable.
