1.0Wasn't able to check in. Waterside and Booking.com are in an argumentative state. When I checked in the agent said the Booking vitual payment card wouldn't work. Booking agent Omar called them; they could not resolve the issue. Booking refunded me and recommend another resort. I could have paid again to stay at Waterside but did not want to enable the problem.

− I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. On the second day of our stay, we discovered multiple roaches in our room. The infestation made us feel uncomfortable and unsanitary, and we no longer felt safe staying there. Because of the condition of the room, we had to immediately pack our belongings, check out early, and cut our trip short. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and unfortunately, this property failed to meet that expectation. I would not recommend staying here until the pest issue is properly addressed. We spent time and money on a trip that was ultimately ruined by conditions that should never be acceptable in a hotel.

− Got charged twice & could not rectify. Booking.com charged, then the hotel charged saying they did not get their money. My statement reflects this.
