A no-frills, simple stay steps from the beach and restaurants.
7.0The location is the main draw. Rooms are clean and comfy. Free, ample parking.
− The common areas (lobby, elevator) need multiple daily moppings with all the sand and dust dragged in by the beach goers. Overall, the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and some interrior decoration touches. Staff at the front desk could be more welcoming and at least say good morning to the guests walking by.
Great hotel right by the beach!
9.0Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and staff was extremely friendly. Love how it is walking distance to the beach!
− Breakfast would have been nice. Not sure why it was removed as I've stayed here in the past and it was offered.
The gold leaf hotel is just what we needed for our overnight at the beach with kids.
