− Naturalmente non e' colpa di nessuno ma in piena notte e' saltato l'allarme anti incendio e siamo stati 1ora in strada al freddo

Dålig, blev väckt av brandlarm bägge nätterna, ingen ursäkt från hotellet.
1.0Nära till Picadilly och tunnelbanan.
− Brandlarmet gick bägge nätter vi var på hotellet. Första natten ca 01.00 , andra natten ca 03.30, då var större delen av gästerna i lobbyn och utomhus utan att personalen visste vad som var fel. Dålig service och troligen var detta pga dåligt underhåll av brandstation. Personalen gjorde inget för att lyfta eventuell kompensation alls. Personalen kändes rätt ointresserad. Kommer aldrig bo på detta hotell igen. Det är inte 4stjärnor, kanske 2 på en bra dag.
