Very quiet and peaceful location. Facilities are great. Loved the pool and on site bar/restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable.

− The furniture in the sitting area was very uncomfortable and there was no table for in room meals.

Wasn't too bad but could be better

Fresh coffee each morning. Clean towels by pool, pool area very relaxing. Games outside were nice, bikes for riding and carts were very helpful while going to beach.

− Didn't like the fact that you had request for room to be cleaned each day. Also, a better place to sit for eating would have been very nice. Rooms are smaller than expected. Could have used mpee than one ice machine on each hall. (Both ends) Wayer pressure wasn't too good and WIFI was terrible. Ywo 20oz Fiji water was over $12. Market was overpriced. Overall pretty nice hotel as far as looks. Just needs a little tweaking.

We were there for a baseball tournament with 9 year olds so the kids really enjoyed the pool and beach access.

The location

− I called before I booked and asked if they had rooms/floors without pets because I have pet allergies. After booking and arriving, I again let them know I needed a room and floor without pets. They assured me both times that the room and floors I would be on were pet free. This was not true. They booked me on the second floor and there were many animals moving in and out. I understood I would be exposed to animals while in the elevator and Lobby but I worked hard to minimize my exposure by checking before booking and I also bring my own swifter to clean out any pet hair that may find its way to my room. I asked to be moved to a pet free floor and after some juggling they moved me to the 4th floor. Said it was definitely pet free. As soon as I moved into my new room and had just finished swifting in case any pet hair had followed me in, I open my room door to a lady with a very large dog sitting in my door frame barking. I close the door, wait a bit and go down to the lobby to discuss why there are dogs on my pet free floor. I was told at first there shouldn’t be any. Then I was told by the employees they didn’t know why they put pets up there. Then a gentleman, not sure his position, told me that there isn’t supposed to be pets on the two floors they had put me on but when the pet floors are full the owners make them put people with pets on the pet free floors and in the pet free rooms. Now I’m a dog lover and I would like e to pet every one of them but I have pretty heavy allergies. I make sure before booking that this isn’t an issue by clarifying before booking the importance of being in a pet free room and floor. I booked months before coming from Japan. I was there for 21 days. It was summer and holiday vacation time. There were no other vacancies in any other hotel. I checked.
