9.0This hotel is exceptionally clean, strategically located on the waterfront, and conveniently accessible to all shopping areas. The staff was courteous, helpful, and exceptionally kind. The hot breakfast was sufficient enough to hold my family until midday. I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a tranquil retreat with picturesque walking paths to the Welland River and a three-minute drive to the shopping areas, as well as a twenty-minute drive to Niagara Falls.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

10.0We were there for a triathlon - they were extremely accommodating providing breakfast earlier than their scheduled time. Staff were all incredibly helpful. Great location for the event - short cycle on path to the Welland international water centre - no roads.
