− La chambre avait une mauvaise odeur et était placée parmi les chambres à rénover.

4.0L’emplacement et le cadre de l’hôtel . La gentillesse et la compétence du personnel à l’accueil , au service .
− L’état de l’hôtel est assez déplorable. Les chambres du rez de chaussé sentent le moisi, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. La piscine est dans un état lamentable pas de douche extérieure qui fonctionne . Ils ont laissé du chlore sur les rebords de la piscine, j’ai eu le bras brûlé on m’a simplement dit de me rincer à l’eau .
