4.0Maid service was not given each day, had to request. Once requested, sheets were not changed and floors were not cleaned. No toiletries at all, just a tiny bar of soap. Door key deactivated every time you left the building and they kept saying it was because we had it next to our cellphone, which was definitely NOT the case. Vending machines were out of order and when asked if there was any water available, I was told to drink from the bathroom sink. Complimentary breakfast was no longer given. And when it was time to check out (which was 11) the Maid and then the front desk clerk banged on the door at 11 and then every 10 minutes until we checked out at 11:30. When asked if a discount could be given for all these inconveniences, was told they already give a big discount already, and after several requests was finally given $10 off. This hotel was one of the cheaper hotels that could be booked for my trip and now I know why. I will definitely not be returning.
