− Les transports pour aller venir de Francfort Le check-in à faire soi même et l'impression de deranger le réceptionniste. Mais les femmes de ménages, elles, étaient gentilles et dynamiques! Le petit dej tellement trop cher!

1.0− Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Kundenservice war leider unterirdisch. Auf unsere Anliegen und Beschwerden wurde weder angemessen eingegangen, noch wurde versucht, eine Lösung zu finden oder uns in irgendeiner Form entgegenzukommen. Statt einer kundenorientierten Kommunikation hatten wir den Eindruck, dass unsere Probleme einfach ignoriert wurden. Gerade im Hotelgewerbe sollte der Umgang mit Gästen und die Bereitschaft, auftretende Probleme zu lösen, selbstverständlich sein. Leider war dies hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir dieses Hotel nicht erneut besuchen und können es auch anderen Reisenden nicht empfehlen.

− Quite far to walk to any restaurants, however, the train station is not far....if you know where to find it.
