für kurze Aufenthalte in Ordnung
9.0Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das Zimmer okay. Das Frühstück war reichlich und umfangreich.
− Wenn man länger bleiben will, finde ich die Zimmer schon recht klein. besonders das Waschbecken imZimmer ist unpraktisch. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß und damit die Zimmer unerträglich warm. Lüften war nur begrenzt möglich, da der Lärmpegel von draußen Sitzenden schlafen nicht zulies.
Die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und das gute Frühstück mildern einige Umstände.
7.0Die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitenden, das reichhaltige und liebevoll gestaltete Frühstück. Verbindung von Smartphone zu Fernseher möglich, um Streamingdienste zu nutzen.
− Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem und die Sauberkeit war nur mittelmäßig (Haare auf dem Bett, merkwürdig riechende Bettwäsche - Geruch nach Hund?)
Wir kommen trotzdem wieder ;-)
7.0Ist unser Stammhotel in Hoyerswerda. Wir reisen mit Hund und daher ist für uns die Lage super mit dem kleinen Park über die Straße, die B-Straße entlang bis zum Fluss ...
− Früher war der Kaffee am Nachmittag noch mit Kasse des Vertrauens, jetzt werden 4 € abgerufen :-( Auch der Parkplatz 12 €. Es hat sich über die Jahre leider nicht zum Positiven entwickelt. Schade.

4.0Zimmer normal ausgestattet. Personal freundlich.
− Laut Angebot Zimmerpreis inkl. Gebühren. Parkplatzmöglichkeit vorhanden wurde erwähnt. Frühstück wurde nicht gewählt, da mit fast 20€ /Person schon außergewöhnlich. Nach Buchung Ernüchterung pur. Parkplatz 12€/Tag Stand erst in den Hotelrichtlinien. Zwar kleines Zimmer, aber Waschbecken im Zimmer. Allein könnte man damit umgehen, aber zu zweit eher NEIN. Glastür zum WC/Dusche knarrte immer. Überdimensioniertes Bett für das kleine Zimmer (220 x 180 ca) Dadurch noch weniger Platz. Bei Kenntnis hätte ich das nicht gebucht, da anderes Angebot Akzent Hotel (1km Entfernt) im Paket attraktiver und besser.
