10.0Dzieci zadowolone z sali zabaw, która jest naprawdę bardzo atrakcyjna, do tego ciekawe animacje. Basen z różnymi udogodnieniami, szczególnym uznaniem cieszył się w naszej rodzinie ten podgrzewany zewnętrzny. Świetna lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem, ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany, wypoczelismy i myślę, że jeszcze wrócimy.

− Prace wykonczeniowe
Fajne miejsce ale tylko jeśli ktoś jedzie w celach typowo sportowych np. Na obozy.
6.0Dużo atrakcji szczególnie jeśli ktoś chce spędzić aktywnie urlop.
− W hotelu było bardzo dużo obozów sportowych dzieci. Przez to strasznie gwarno, dzieciaki wszędzie biegały. Jeśli ktoś szuka hotelu typowo na odpoczynek to nie polecam w sezonie. Pokoje hotelowe niestety jak w PRL. Za tą cenę powinny być zdecydowanie w lepszym stanie.

8.0Osoby odpowiedzialne za czystość pokojów - przemiłe, sympatyczne, uprzejme, uśmiechnięte. Bardzo dobrze tworzą klimat miejsca. Kącik maluszka - usytuowany tak, że dziecko widziało wiele osób. Bardzo dobrze. Czasem czuć było dym papierosowy. Zgłosiłam to personelowi - temat został rozwiązany. Śniadania super. Restauracja w porządku.
− Brzydko pachniało dymem papierosowym na korytarzu, co kilka dni. Na tyłach hotelu wyjście w stronę jeziora Czos bardzo strome - konieczność sprowadzania wózka z dzieckiem we dwoje.

10.0W tym hotelu jest wszystko do super wypoczynku. Chcesz,masz restauracje, rano przebogate śniadanie. Basen w środku i na zewnątrz, czysto,wygodnie, lux. Przepiękny taras z widokiem na jezioro, bardzo piękna okolica. Tramwaj wodny przemieszcza się co 15 minut z jednego brzegu na drugi jakby ktoś chciał zwiedzić miasteczko. W samym hotelu książki,gry planszowe i całe dwa pomieszczenia jak w Las Vegas. Warto tu przyjechać, dzieci tu na pewno nie będą się nudzić.
− Trochę trzeba przejść schodami nad jezioro bo jest ono w dole a hotel na górze, ale dla zdrowych gości to nie problem.
