− Some of the features are due for upgrades - room key cards kept having to be recoded and the TV was small and not a smart TV so unable to stream.

10.0An amazing short stay, wish we stayed longer! A stunning room , impressively decorated and clean ! The location was perfect and staff was awesome.

6.0The staff were friendly. Decent breakfast with a great view. Public areas were nice and good location.
− Sadly the bed was so uncomfortable (like sleeping on a plank of wood) we moved hotels after one night. To be fair we were offered a mattress topper but this would not have helped. The rooms were cramped and we could barely get into our ensuite. Also the bed head was stained, there was mould in bathroom and balcony furniture was dirty.
