Central affordable well maintained hotel
8.0I unexpectedly needed a place to stay to visit a loved one at the George General Hospital, and this hotel turned out to be an ideal choice. It's centrally located and within easy walking distance of the hospital, coffee shops, and restaurants. During my stay, I found the staff to be friendly and genuinely helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I foind the room to be comfortable and quite spacious. The bathroom was nicely decorated, and the power rain shower was a real pleasure to use. The room also came equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities.
− Like most hotels the WiFi has it's moments of disconnecting when using.

− The bar area had no ice. The afternoon on our arrival went out for dinner and came back for drinks 🙃 still NO ice for our whiskey .
