Zwaar teleur gesteld , niet/nooit eerder meegemaakt ik "WAS" altijd goed tespreken over dit hotel
3.0Deze 3 vielen juist wel in de smaak,, ontbijt was prima, personeel mogen enkele wel wat virendelijker, verder wel goede indruk, Bedden kunnen mij niet hard genoeg zijn dus voor mij prima, zo ook het s'avonds geserveerde diner was heerlijk.
− Dat ik als Bookingsreservering p/n (dus 20 euro) parkeerkosten moet betalen, omliggende hotels heb ik ook contact mee gehad die rekenen dit niet of zit bij de prijs in, terrein is niet afgesloten middels een hek en ook de slagbomen staan de hele dag en nacht open. Overal haren tevinden in de badkamer, onder het bed en op het bureau, na klacht was dit dag 2 wel in orde. Toilllet was niet eens schoon gemaakt, deze zelf dan maar gedaan, ik kreeg zelfs de reaktie bij de balie adhv foto's dat deze balie medewerk(s)ter zo'n kamer niet eens zou accepteren en dan kreeg wel een 5 euro tegoed bon voor het zelf reingigen te besteden in eigen restaurant. 2e nacht 2 uurtjes geslapen door giga veel rumoer van af en aanrijdende taxi's (deur gegooi), maar ook gasten die s'nachts bij het restaurant op het terras door feesren, met de nodige kabaal, zo ook op de gang en met dichtslaande deuren van mijn naaste buren. Hiervoor was de nachtwaker niet tevinden en heb ik uit woede het hotel rond 9.00 al verlaten wat niet de bedoeling was.
