− Lack of aircon but fan did the job.
too hot, too noisy!

− no air conditioning & noisy at front of hotel with windows open on very hot night.
We’ve checked out 30 mins or so after we’ve checked in.

− Unfortunately it was very hot as it’s the day when there is a heat wave. The 2 fans available were blowing off warm air. There were no rooms that are airconditioning so we couldn’t upgrade ourselves even if want.
Poor, misleading on website and won’t be retuning. Rooms were standard not great
1.0The staff were friendly and welcoming
− Advertised swimming, arrived with my child to be told only certain times he can go in. Then on the allocated time 3 quarter of the pool taken up by lanes and lane swimmers, so only small area for family to have. Very misleading when you’re looking at the pictures. Way over priced and had to pay additional £5 to use the swimming pool and also £10 to park at the property. £160 a night is scandalous
