− Must of had a wedding party or birthday party kids and drunks making noise in halls all night and desk wouldn't do anything about it didn't get any sleep witch was the whole point in stopping for a hotel. Wasted 300 for a higher end hotel and had to deal with this then on check out desk guy to bizzy on his phone to give me a receipt said I'll just email you one later

The location was convenient.

− There were multiple reasons, please see below! 1)Upon arriving during booking I was told early check in would be available if needed as early as 12 or 1pm. I arrived at 3pm and Gilbert did not give a greeting, did not smile, and just starred at me. I asked about checking in a hour early as the parking lot was fairly empty. He said "your room is not ready check in is at 4pm" "I said are you okay you seem mad" he said "no I just can't check in now maybe 3:30 or 4pm I don't know". I said okay. 2) Me and my family food arrived to the hotel we ate in the car until 4pm. 3) Checkin was nice we had a very friendly lady, polite, and friendly while Gilbert watched closely with a stern glare. 4) Enter room and it smelled like feet and cheese no cleaning supplies I immediately called and informed of my concern the nice lady immediately switched me to a room two doors down that smelled cleaned and looked cleaned. 5) Mid 3AM a male bagged on the door aggressively awake entire family complete stranger very odd I screamed for him to leave my room 3 instances the stranger did when my large dog aggressively barked the stranger left. 6) Unfortunately I had already booked another stay at 2AM or so... 7) 10AM Call front desk to ask about breakfast plan; Gilbert sternly said no and abruptly hung up. 8) I confirmed a payment from bank and than check email; email provided a confirmation number and said property manager has not confirmed contact property prior to arrival. 9) Called Gilbert back he said our system does not show you paid for another stay AND YES WE HAVE A LOT OF ROOMS AVAILABLE-- I VERBALLY confirmed I have an email and agreed to show the property manager. 10) I spoke to another employee while Gilbert again closely watched with a stern glare; this new employee confirmed he will help to resolve my problem.

Great room great location for the outlets

Room was great and just a few feet away from the outlets. The restaurant Shelby’s has great food (order the loaded tots 😀)

Clogged facilities made the stay uncomfortable

− our toilet was clogged the entire time, we were exhausted after our long day’s journey and they were all booked so switching rooms was not an option
