− El alrededor de la piscina. El suelo está muy defectuoso y mal mantenido. El césped seco. Deberían dedicar un esfuerzo a actualizar y poner a punto el conjunto.

Glossy Pictures, in reality it’s dull, dirty pool and lazy employees
1.0No terrible stay. Staff unhelpful, dislike English people. Felt very unwelcomed. doesn’t work well with Booking .com. Was sending us away as couldn’t find booking. Very rude. Food good when available, pool area disgusting but looked lovely in pictures.
− Staff were rude, talked a lot to each other and didn’t acknowledge us. Weekend nothing opened so hard to feed your kids etc. pool full of birds and bird poo, towels not collected over night. Decking is a death trap. Broken missing in places and screws sticking up. Pool not cleaned at weekends. No English speaking employees, location not great but we knew that. Can’t even get a coffee after breakfast untill 4.30pm. Expensive to be ignored and dismissed. We were bitten lots either by bedbugs, or something else. Worst experience ever.
