8.0Le petit déjeuner très complet et de qualité en lien d'un tarif malgré tout élevé. La literie très confortable et propre.
− Les dalles de béton imitation bois aux abords de la piscine qui lorsque le soleil chauffe les dalles sont extrêmement brûlantes...voir dangereux pour les enfants.

− We reserved one room. It cost €220 and was 'pay at property'. On check-in they asked for a €550 deposit. I asked what that was for. They said in case you want breakfast. I replied i had not selected breakfast as we were leaving very early. They said in case you want dinner. I said we didn't want dinner, all we wanted was the room we booked. They said it was policy. I suggested i pay for the room in advance. They refused. I said this is ridiculous - i reserve a room for €220, i don't want anything else and they want a €550 deposit. They then became very rude and aggressive. Having driven for 12 hours I had no option but to pay the €550. I will never stay at a Novotel again.
Tolles Erlebnis, alle begeistert
10.0Sehr toller Aufenthalt für einen Zwischenstopp Richtung Atlantik und zurück. Angenehme Zimmer mit zwei grossen Doppelbetten und einem kleinen Kühlschrank, sehr praktisch. Feines Frühstück auf der Terrasse und auch das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem das BBQ draussen. Es ist auch ein sehr kinderfreundlicher Ort: es gibt einen tollen Outdoor-Pool und viele Spielmöglichkeiten inkl. Tischtennis im sehr grossen Gartenbereich. WLAN und Parken sind gratis, sehr sympathisch! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kam uns bei einer Terminverschiebung unkompliziert entgegen, perfekt! Wir sind sehr entspannt und "durchgewhirlt" weitergefahren🤠
− Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Einzig das Tor zum Pool war mit dem Doppelverschluss nur schwer beherrschbar😂 Auch die Lage ist besser, als es scheint: dafür, dass es direkt an der Autobahn liegt, war es erstaunlich ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
