A home base for two nights while exploring Smoky Mtn NP
7.0The proximity to downtown Gatlinburg, and clean bathrooms.
− The rooms were a bit small and hard for two people with luggage to move around
Very bad
1.0Breakfast was very bad .. the food quality was poor
− Rooms aren’t clean: towels were little wet when we moved in. Food are very worst and especially the juice

1.0From the outside this looks like a great place to stay. Location is good.
− It was disgusting inside. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or used in a long time. There was blood on the AC unit. Dried old blood. Disgusting. The breakfast included packets of oatmeal and cereal in a room smaller than the smallest hotel room.
Good for a cheap stay, the ambience ain’t worth it though.
4.0How close it was to everything
− How the elevator shuttered everytime you used it, the rooms weren’t properly cleaned, even found a pipe in the room we stayed in.
I have stayed here in the past that is why I stayed here again. I was disappointed with this stay
2.0The location is great. I wouldn’t call what was offered breakfast. There was dry cereal, milk, orange juice, and Little Debbie cakes, & bananas. Two of the three nights I stayed the people in the room above me sounded like they were trying out for the national wrestling team
− I was charged twice for the room. I bought it to the front desk and was told it would be fixed. But I was still charged twice. I emailed and called the motel and the extra charge has not been removed yet. I have stayed here in the past and I enjoyed the stay. But this one was stressful due to the double charge

− The room smelled like cigarettes. We didn’t stay the night we went and got a different room within 10 minutes of check in.
