Nice stay but no coffe or tea in the room was bad for me I will think twice before booking there again

− Back room we did not see view nicely In the room there was dirty bones on my side table when we arrived,there was no coffe or tea in the room

− The only issue during my stay was that the host made me wait for almost an hour before giving me the keys, He then told me to go into the room, where the cleaning ladies were still there. They opened the door for me and just sat there, so I called him to ask what was going on because I needed to take a shower after traveling,He came to give me the keys an hour later. Another inconvenience was the power outage,I sat in the dark for hours but I really liked the place

− 1. HOT WATER I did'nt like the fact that I did not have hot water, I have to use wipes to refresh myself.I reported the matter in the morning,but the technician or handyman, only came to the room after 17:30 to look at the guiser or fault which was sorted eventually. Thank you for that, I hope next time, your handy man/technician will respond, timeously. 2. BREAKAGE DEPOSIT Whilst I did have a problem in paying the breakage deposit for this apartment, the refund period needs to be improved because, you dont need 5-7 or more days to get your refund.24 hours is advisable, please. Like now, I'm not sure if I will get my refund, timeously.
