10.0Everything! Inviting lobby and lounge area. Our room’s TV didn’t work, so one of the agent moved us within 5min of being called. Beds were very comfortable. We only needed one night, but would definitely stay longer.

Overpriced hotel with poor service and several disappointing issues.
5.0The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the area. The room itself was acceptable, but unfortunately the overall experience did not justify the price we paid.
− The room was located next to a conference hall where a church gathering took place during the day, making it impossible to rest or work because of the noise. The breakfast selection was very limited, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, the bed linens were not clean, and the staff seemed indifferent when issues were raised. Overall, the hotel did not provide good value for the money
