7.0The gal at the front reception was fantastic. Even with her thick accent, she was accommodating and pleasent.
− It was hard to find where the pool(s) were. Our door to our room stuck, so you had to use alot of force to get in(7301) room had a balcony, but zero view. Sheets didnt fit bed so they came off which was an uncomfortable sleep. Location wasnt great. Not enough parking.

10.0I was lucky to have an upgrade to the Sheraton next door, in their king suite. That suite was very nice, we'll cleaned, and decorated. Comfy bed, and had a pool and Starbucks on site.

− The AC was leaking and they called Someone. He hit it with a hammer twice and then he’s like oh it’s fixed. The carpet started smelling because it was wet
