10.0The housekeeping is very nice great thanks to Stephania! The bedding is so soft and comfortable, the reception is always very welcoming, and I also love the aesthetic of the hotel. A very happy stay.

9.0The hotel is ideally situated for access to Earls Court tube station. The room was very good, staff very friendly and seemed genuinely happy in their work.
− Nothing. I was happy with everything. The only thing that it missed, if I can call it a fault would be an area to work from, but the staff were fine me with working from a restaurant table, which suited me.
