10.0The hotel was not new but was clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient.

I believe he was training but he was so unbelievably professional., courteous and was able to get me into my room to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday while on a business trip. The atmosphere was very nice and was worth every penny. We really enjoyed our stay.
10.0The rooms were very clean and they had everything. The king bed was super comfortable, had a little bar area with a really good coffee maker, extra towels and they were really good quality, instant hot water in the shower, and very quiet. I didn't mention the coffee bar downstairs which you could get anything - light or dark coffee (regular or decaf), expresso or latte, maybe some more I didn't see. Then they throw in breakfast next door at Denny's. Also the staff from the front desk to the maids were very friendly and helpful.
