− Todo estaba sucio, había cabellos en las sábanas,la tina del shower estaba tapada, un olor a humedad insoportable, a la hora del desayuno , la persona encargada estaba de muy mal humor, cuando pregunté por café, se molestó por qué dijo que apenas había echo, como era posible que ya no había?

5.0I like the hotel and the property; it's very good. However, I didn't like room 120; it wasn't good.
− This time they gave me the most horrible room they have, because I use the hotel very often and all the rooms are fine, but room 120 is terrible. The air conditioning doesn't work properly, everything was covered in dust, and the bathtub was awful; it had black stains, and the vanity lamp was filthy and covered in dust. I hope they don't give me that room again, because I really like the hotel.
