A pleasure to stay at your facility, if we get back to North Bay this will be our choice of hotel.
10.0The staff were very friendly from the time we entered the front door to the time we left. The facility was immaculate. There were multiple handicap parking spaces right outside the front door, very beneficial to both of us. The breakfast was excellent, unfortunately not included in the price of the room.

9.0Ground floor room with sofa. Bed was comfortable.
− GFI plug in the bathroom needed to be replaced as there was not a great connection when the hair dryer was plugged in.
