− The facility itself needs alot of work. Its dated and not well kept. Not what I expected from Redroof in other locations.

4.0The gal at the desk was trying
− Our room was flooded, we were given towels to clean it up, when asked if we wanted to change rooms, she acted surprised that we said yes and that we didn't want to stay in a room that was flooding from the air conditioner.
We were very disappointed with the overall hotel.
2.0The water in the shower worked.
− The roof in our room was falling apart. There was no soap or shampoo in our room or bathroom. The room was sorry. The floor had garbage eft on it when we came in. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The room had a pungent odor.
