We had the most incredible stay at the Westin All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta last month with our family! From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food exceeded all of our expectations. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and there was such a great variety that everyone in our family found something they loved. We were honestly impressed with the quality of the restaurants and looked forward to every meal. One of our favorite parts of the resort was all of the activities offered throughout the day. There was always something fun going on, whether we wanted to join in or just relax by the pool. Speaking of pools, the resort has two fantastic pools that were both beautiful and never felt overcrowded. The beach was another huge highlight. It’s very swimmable, which isn’t always easy to find, and we loved spending time in the ocean. Overall, this was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. The combination of outstanding service, amazing food, fun activities, beautiful pools, and a wonderful beach made for an unforgettable trip. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta! We had an amazing stay, and the biggest reason was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. A special thank you to the team at Vida Bar—Orlando, Oscar, Antonio, Efrain, Marco, and Kevin—for the amazing drinks, delicious aguachiles, and great recommendations. Gabriela from the Kids Club was so sweet and helpful, from leading the cantarito painting class to sharing recommendations for places to visit outside the resort. Bibiana from the entertainment team made sure we never missed an activity, and because of her, we got to enjoy so much more of what the resort had to offer. Israel, our breakfast waiter, took exceptional care of us every morning and always made us feel welcome. The resort itself was beautiful; clean, never overcrowded, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious with an incredible ocean view, and there were so many activities that you really didn't need to leave the property. The food was also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which was consistently delicious every day. Overall, this was an unforgettable trip, and the outstanding service is what truly made it special. We can't wait to come back!

Their positive attitudes and exceptional service made our vacation even more memorable. Your hospitality, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. You each played a huge part in making our trip so special, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us. We will definitely be returning, and it’s because of outstanding team members like you. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we were looking for. Excellent service from waiters and captain

We had diner miltiple nights at Arecifes. The waiter Luis Bañuelos, Guillermo Valadez and the Captain Roberto Ramírez were very attentive and courteous with our dinners and stay! Highly recommend this restaurant and crew.

Thank you all for everything and we definitely plan to come back for these individuals alone. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we were looking for. It was the perfect place to relax, and we would absolutely stay here again.

More of a family friendly place than a relaxing retreat

Great location in the Marina area (about a 10 minute ride from the airport), close/walking distance to shopping, the mall, the casino and other restaurants and bars (if you wanted to leave the resort). Unlike other resort towns you can very easily walk off the property and there's even an OXXO right outside on the street. Also, this is a very safe tourist area. So let talk about the resort... they claim it's newly renovated but it's hard to notice. It's pretty much a typical all inclusive resort, nothing special. What I really like though is that most of the restaurants were in the same area, it kind of reminded us of a 90's mall where the restaurants were located. I don't say that in a bad way, it felt very nostalgic and very convenient so you aren't having to walk all over debating what you want to eat. There are two pools, they claim one is "adults only" with a swim up bar next to the pool restaurant BUT there were children in BOTH pools and they were playing loud and causing a lot of noise and distruption. So if you aren't into the whole family and kids scene this might not be a destination for you (I know we will not choose it again due to the amount of children, adults only is more our vibe.) The service was great!! pool servers were making their rounds and very attentive, pool swim up bar was cute too with little seats in the water. Pool food was also good and quick. Only downside was they have a pretty limited number of loungers and most were taken. I was a little disappointed with how unkept the pool chairs were, they were all covered bird poop, but 'ey I covered the chair with a pool towel anyways, right? lol. Other than that the resort was pretty clean and maintained a pretty good cleanliness level. It's beach front with a small sandy beach and beach front cabanas you can pay to rent with loungers in them. There were activities like giant chess, ping pong and pool tables. We also got a massage and checked out the spa. Overal good trip, but not amazing.
