2.0TVs did not work Door was hard to open Phone is NOT connected No bath soap or hand soap in bathroom No anti slip mat in shower NO CHAIR OR DESK IN THE SUITE Curtains do NOT close completely,(street lamp right outside the window)

4.0The room and hotel itself was no very clean. The whole building had a weird smell to it and the 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes. The hallways and our room had visibly damaged areas. I killed a spider in our bed and did not feel comfortable sleeping it. I went with this hotel because it I thought it was 4 stars, but upon further inspection, it had one 4 star review and multiple reviews written by employees that worked there. All in all, would not recommend. Maybe if you're doing a quick overnight, but definitely for nothing longer.

8.0Jetted tub wash fairly clean, no yuck in the jets but a little scummy nothing a wet rag didn't fix tho. Lovely staff and relatively quiet
