10.0Wellness pre dospelých, ovocie, voda, čaje, k dispozícii, bazény...Strava kvalitná, pestrá, chutná. Prostredie v centre Kaprunu, ale v pokojnej lokalite. Izby moderne vkusne zariadené. Výhľad na hory a bazèn. S letnou kartou sme využili množstvo turistických atrakcií.
− Župany nie sú automaticky na izbe. Treba o ne požiadať na recepcii, ale to je maličkosť.

Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel en zeer lekker eten.
9.0Mooi centraal gelegen hotel op wandelafstand (50m) van de bushalte. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer afwisselend en lekker diner (dagelijks keuze uit 4 hoofdgerechten - vlees, vis, vegetarisch, vegan). Onder het hotel heb je een parkeergarage, heel praktisch maar niet goedkoop (12€/dag). Er zijn ook handdoeken in een draagtas ter beschikking om te gebruiken aan het zwembad. Op vraag kan je ook gratis badjassen ontlenen aan de receptie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is zeker een aanrader.
− Bij het inchecken aan de receptie mochten ze naar mijn mening een beetje meer uitleg geven over het hotel, de sommerkarte.... Je dient de QR-code te scannen en alles zelf te lezen, beetje onpersoonlijk. Voor de rest zeker geen minpunten.
