10.0The ambianc of there room and serenity
− Only issues I wasn't comfortable with was when phoned for staff to bring drinking water which would be paid, I was only informed for such delivery minus the water was £7. Very annoying, and that should be looked into

− Black out curtains are useless and the light poured in and they are poorly fitted which woke me very early 🙄 Air conditioning is very noisy and barely working meaning the room was very warm.
