Impression is a tired building and tired interior compared to 10 + years ago.
4.0Needs updating particularly bathroom and sitting room
− Impression was lack of modern feel. Communication by email was numerous and confusing. Parking should be confirmed on booking and then directed to public car park.

2.0Arrived today been out sight seeing and time carried away. Got back to hotel to order room service at 9pm to be told service had stopped and could only order sandwiches. Reluctantly we did and a portion of fried. 40 mins later and cold fries. Complained about cold fries, 10.20 pm fries arrived. Plus university party going on till 11pm outside. Really noisy especially with window closed. Said we could move at 10pm but already for bed. Ypubwould have thought they would have put people away from the music. Just waiting to see of it quietens down at 11pm. Probably won't stay here again 😕
