6.0Very friendly staff, 24 hour reception. Clean, tidy, good facilities, good black out curtains. Great pool. Short walk from train station and bus stop just past hotel. Good distance to beach and Musselburgh.
− I didn't realise we had to pay for parking - parking in the hotel carpark. I was a bit annoyed at that. Still am. We also had a 3rd bed put in. It was a fold up one, and although it was sturdy enough, the mattress was lacking in quality.
I have bragged about how great these accommodations are to friends and family. Highly recommend
9.0I was amazed at the staff of this facility, they went the extra mile at every turn. Rooms were comfortable and pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. Location was good as long as one was okay connecting with transportation, not in walking distance to the sights.
− Hotel needs a bit of upgrading but considering the advantages and kind staff some of this can be overlooked. Attached restaurant lacks a bit in service.
