− Staff member who booked us in "Paul" suggested for 20 minutes there was "no booking" then proceed to pretend he had to get the information from "booking.com" then gave us keys for incorrect room types and again suggested that's what's on "booking.com" ruiunig an otherwise perfect stay, all other staff exceptionally professional.
