5.0The beds were okay, I didn’t wake up stiff, which was nice. It was close to restaurants and several department stores.
− The room we were in sat right next to the water park next door. Monday night they had music blaring until 10pm. The carpets in the room were “sticky” and felt wet when you walked on them barefoot. So much so that I lost my footing while walking because my foot “stuck” to the carpet. I ended up hurting my foot and popping a stitch in my wrist where I just had surgery because I threw my hand out to catch myself from landing on the corner of the dresser. My feet were black from walking on the carpets INSIDE the room. The walls next to the bed were dirty and it looked like someone threw something against the wall and only parts of it got cleaned up. The tv was really small. There was never a happy medium with the thermostat. It was left at 69° but it was either roasting or freezing in the room.

Great customer service, fun pool, close to everything we wanted to do.
8.0Fantastic customer service! The gentleman at the front desk for a lot of our stay was so incredibly kind. I wish I knew his name to mention him personally. I was a little disappointed the breakfast the second day as it was only an hour into breakfast and there was really nothing left. But that did not impact my rating really. Fantastic stay and close to all of our activities.

− They're was no bags in any of our garbage cans and the housekeepers were not very nice 😕
