L emplacement Le choix du petit dejeuner Et le menu à 25€ Les 2 serveurs (un jeune homme cheveux noirs et une jeune femme asiatique ) qu on a eu sur les 4 repas du soir aimable souriant et avenant ainsi que l hotesse du restaurant et celui qui apporte les plats

− Le Monsieur du petit dejeuner ne dis pas bonjour ne souris pas est froid et pas avenant Et sur le restaurant service du soir le chef de brigade je pense (Monsieur chauve) pas aimable lorsqu on a été reservé notre table le lundi apres midi pour 4 soirs pas un sourire aimavle comme une porte de prison. Franchement heureusement que les serveurs et l hotesse releve bien le niveau

Literie comfortable

− Suite réservée a plus de 300 euros la nuit 1. Climatisation non fonctionnelle en pratique L' établissement applique une politique de régulation thermique (label vert) limitant la climatisation à un maintien à 22°C, sans possibilité de réglage manuel. En période de forte chaleur, et en l'absence de climatisation active lorsque la chambre est inoccupée en journée, celle-ci reste surchauffée à l'arrivée le soir. Le système ne permet pas un rafraîchissement suffisant pendant la nuit, rendant le sommeil très difficile voir impossible. 2. Salle de bain non conforme aux normes d'hygiène - Douche présentant des traces de moisissure visibles et non nettoyées - Surfaces chromées couvertes de traces de calcaire - Sachets de coton-tiges non remplacés, visiblement déjà utilisés 3. Meubles abîmés, sèche cheveux et equipement de chambre obsolètes Aucune réponse de la direction suite a la plainte écrite formelle.
