1.0Le personnel étais gentil et la localisation de la place est superbe sur le bord de l’eau.
− Mettre le bâtiment a terre et partir a nouveau. La bâtisse est fini les mure plafond et tapis. Il a fallue acheter des têtes doreiller pour dormir. Cetais vraiment un flop.

− The hotel is outdated and in a very poor state. I can’t believe people are running such businesses in Canada. A big shame for the town of Smiths Falls and the Canadien touristic industry.

Not able to get my confirmed reservation & on top of that i’ve charged for their mistake

− The hotel staff member was uncooperative and didn’t acknowledge & didn’t accept the confirmed reservation made via Booking.com. Furthermore, despite failing to honor the booking terms regarding the room type, they stated that they prefer dealing directly with customers rather than through third parties like Booking.com, even though the Booking.com rate was lower, and claimed they were not obligated to provide the requested room, even if the reservation was confirmed through a third party. The matter did not end there; the refunded amount was less than what had been charged to the credit card. Despite presenting a confirmed booking and requesting the remainder, the hotel refused and cancelled the reservation, citing the unavailability of the room specified in the booking.
