10.0Beautiful property with excellent facilities
It's a beautiful hotel and staff were brilliant. Just need to change a few items as mentioned.
6.0I liked the size of the family rooms and the location of the hotel
− The sofabed bed in room 137. It's uncomfortable and outdated. The duvet covers which were stored in the cupboard were not fresh. The carpets in the hallway expecially when going downstairs is outdated and was smelt of damp.

Please be aware our spa facilities including the lower gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi will be out of order from Sunday 19th April to Friday 24th April 2026.
