The staff and location

− The price and the rooms. Extremely run down and outdated rooms. The side table was literally on a slant due to the flooring. Needs major updates for the price paid.

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, die Lage ist sehr gut, auch das Personal in der Bar war sehr nett.

− Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Licht im Zimmer war nicht ausreichend, die Bettlampen haben nicht gut funktioniert.

Location to Granville St , waterfront, Stanley Park, Granville island etc. our stay was during peak World Cup time and the price was quite reasonable compared to others.

− Noisy aircon. I found it a bit difficult to change the temperature to desired level.
