− The price and the rooms. Extremely run down and outdated rooms. The side table was literally on a slant due to the flooring. Needs major updates for the price paid.

9.0Location to Granville St , waterfront, Stanley Park, Granville island etc. our stay was during peak World Cup time and the price was quite reasonable compared to others.
− Noisy aircon. I found it a bit difficult to change the temperature to desired level.
