Not the “Best” Western :(
3.0The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
− Will not stop in Byron again, will stay in Warner Robins instead. Only 1 room key worked, not one blade of grass for my pet, loud patrons in surrounding rooms, phones in room did not work even to call front desk to inform about about an argument outside my door, double lock was broken /not secure. Overall pretty sleepless night, would have left but just needed a rest a few hours before making it home.

− Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bedding, carpet and chair felt damp. Maybe ac hadn't been on long enough to air out the room. Definitely someone smoked in the room.
