Terrible
2.0We booked our stay almost a full year ahead. A week before the stay we received a blunt email to say they had cancelled. We were already in the States by this time and had booked transfers between the hotel and the airport. Fortunately we managed to find alternative accommodation but with the World Cup ongoing, it could have been a nightmare. It seems obvious that they cancelled our booking in order to raise prices. Would avoid this place at all costs
